Accessibility Statement

VeraGov is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We actively strive to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our platform and website undergo periodic accessibility audits using automated tools as well as manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

To support our users, we offer a range of features designed to accommodate diverse needs. These include adjustable text sizes, high-contrast display modes, screen reader support, and fully navigable interfaces using a keyboard or assistive technology. We are also committed to plain-language communication and providing alt text and semantic structure across all pages and documents. Users with visual impairments can rely on built-in accessibility tools, and we aim to introduce voice-guided navigation in updates.

Accessibility features support users in preparing information. Submission of claims requiring representation will always be conducted by or in coordination with a VA-accredited professional.

While we strive for full accessibility, VeraGov does not warrant that every feature of the website is fully accessible at all times, and shall not be liable for any claims arising from temporary or unintended barriers If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, please contact our team at support@veragov.com. We will acknowledge your inquiry and aim to resolve reported issues.
